Refunds can not be given after the full activation password has been given or Technical Support has been renewed.
Unused Technical Support incidents cannot be carried forward to the following year.

Continuous direct access to the Internet is required via Broadband.
One basic level Cloud database will be provided, faster or extra Cloud databases are available to purchase separately. To use a Cloud based database you must have a current Annual Technical Support and Upgrades package.
The Annual Technical Support and Upgrades package includes UK office hour’s telephone support and FREE software version upgrades throughout the whole year. You also get use of optional online dependent services like the Internet Module, Direct Emailing, Secure Online Backup, Postcode Module, access to Cloud based databases and other services. If you choose not to renew the Support package, the online service dependent parts will stop working. It is important that you download a full copy of the version of GuestMaster that you are currently using, and keep it safely as we don’t support or keep any old versions of GuestMaster. If you subsequently restart your Support package, you will be immediately upgraded to the current version of GuestMaster.
The Guest Delivery System requires the INET GDS module. Additional Guest Delivery System fees apply and range from approximately 15% to 25% per booking including service and agents fees. There is a monthly service fee. The Guest Delivery System will continue to work as long as you have a Annual Technical Support and Upgrades package , if the support agreement expires, additional costs to restart the GDS services may apply.
GuestMaster's only software requirement is Windows 10 - 64bit. We do recommend a fast PC with 8Gb RAM and a SSD hard drive for the best software experience.
If you find a bug in our software, anytime up to 90 days after purchase, we will fix the bug and issue you with an updated revision without any charge and as soon as possible. In the event of a legal dispute, we would always elect to fix the problem, rather than issue a refund, and any dispute can only be made under England's laws.
GuestMaster International Ltd does not disclose buyers' information to third parties.
You are welcome to fully evaluate GuestMaster for 30 days, before you would need to purchase a licence and request us to issue the password to activate the software.
As our product is computer software and can be easily copied, so we are unable to issue refunds after we have issued the activation password, as we are sure you will understand.
Software is exempt from the UK distance selling rules.
