Aged Balances (Professional edition) - Major new feature
This new screen now enables you to view a historical breakdown of the current balance figures on the customers invoices. It will show how much of the balance is Current, in the future, over 30 days old, over 60 days old and over 90 days old.
It can provide a summary or a breakdown the details into
Groups or Individuals. These
screens can then be printed if you wish
Talking Tutors Button (All editions)
You can now view the GuestMaster Talking Tutors directly from the Database Selection Screen in the main GuestMaster program.
This major new feature allows you to
install the Talking Tutors to your hard drive by reading them from the
GuestMaster CD or from a directory where you have previously placed them after
downloading them from the GuestMaster.com web site.

"Balance Due" indicator (All editions)
In the Reservation Diary a "Balance Due" indicator is
displayed on any booking block that still has money owing.
This indicator is usually the currency symbol in at the start and end of the
customers name.
Automatic E-mail Preparation (All Editions)
E-mail subject boxes are now automatically filled in (this
includes the Hotel's name and the name of the report being attached to the
e-mail).
Incorrect Password entry Notification (All Editions)
A message is now displayed if a user enters an incorrect user name or password
