Main features or enhancements

Resource Maintenance - Enterprise edition only
From the Reservation Diary you can now keep a record of maintenance requirements like a "an broken light bulb" or "jammed window" so that your maintenance team can be advised to repair or replace the item.

Maintenance lists can be printed and given to staff so that they can complete the tasks.

Mandatory fields - Enterprise edition only
Each main field on the Booking Details screen can be now marked as requested of required. The user can be requested or required to enter information in to any of the main fields in the Booking Details screen.

Transfer Invoices to Group - Professional and Enterprise editions only
This new option allows you to have all the outstanding items on the group members invoices folder 1 automatically transferred to the groups own invoice, when the group or it's members check out.

Customer or Group discount - Advanced and above editions
You can now allocate a discount to a customer or to a group record. This means that a good customer or group can be automatically allocated a discount and that each time they make a booking.

New Layout editor - Advanced and above editions
The Invoice and Letter layout editor has been enhanced with a new design.

New Print Preview - Advanced and above editions
The Invoice and Letter print preview has been enhanced with a new design.

Enhanced Invoice and Letter Email function - Advanced and above editions
The Email capability has been enhanced, you can now export an invoice or a letter in Adobe PDF file format.
