One brand new edition ...

Enterprise edition - Brand new edition
This new flagship edition of GuestMaster incorporates the postcode module and electronic funds transfer functions, and also has the major new mail merge feature for creating mail shots easily to existing customers.

... and three brand new modules

Broadband module (Enterprise edition)
This module allows you to integrate with Internet broadband systems in the bedrooms using the GuestMaster Protocol for billing.

Door Locks module (Enterprise edition)
This module allows you to integrate with door locks in the bedrooms for door activation using the GuestMaster Protocol.

Television module (Enterprise edition)
This module allows you to integrate with television systems in the bedrooms for billing using the GuestMaster Protocol for pay per view movies.

Important new features

Mail Merge (Enterprise edition) - Major new feature
This feature allows you to send multiple documents to customer addresses as stored in the customer database. The Mail Merge can be directed to either a printer or files.

Electronic Funds Transfer (Enterprise edition)
When you have a keyboard with a card swipe facility and the appropriate external EFT software, you can now process credit card transactions directly from GuestMaster.

Automatic Daily Update (All editions except standard)
Daily Updates no longer have to be manually started from the Office Page each day. It is now possible to configure GuestMaster to perform the update at a designated time automatically each day.


Main features

Dynamic Customer Search (Professional and Enterprise editions)
With this feature GuestMaster automatically checks whether a customer currently booking a room already exists in the Customer Records. If so you can choose to use the existing customer record details.

Favourite Reports (Professional and Enterprise editions)
The new "Favourites" Tab on the Report Selector Page allows you to group together all of your favourite reports. You can then print off all of your favourite reports together in one go.

Configurable "Balance Due" indicator (All editions)
In the Reservation Diary a "Balance Due" indicator is displayed on any booking block that still has money owing. This feature can now be either enabled or disabled from the Company Control page.

Data Import (All Editions)
If you are using GuestMaster for the first time and already have booking records in another reservation system then this feature will prove invaluable. This feature allows you to import Room, Customer and Bookings data into a new GuestMaster Database from CSV files.
